In both spiritual, as well as, scientific beliefs, animals are found to be sentient beings. For many pet owners, we have found these beloveds to be loyal, forgiving and great companions. If we are open in mind, we can see they have great teaching abilities in how to live in the moment, remind us to play not taking life so seriously, and how to love unconditionally.
Animals are very similar to people in that they have feelings and sensitivities too. They deal with fears, trust issues, abuse, neglect and trauma; sickness, disease, hypersensitivities and injuries. Therefore, it is of no surprise that Reiki has been proven to be a profound healer for animals, much like people… if not on some levels, even more so!
Animal Reiki treatments are not only gentle but non-invasive, as it promotes healing of an animal’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states of being; hence making it far more stress-free for the animal and for their owners.
